Sezarcasino Licensing: Two Register Records, Checked

Anjouan gaming licence register entry shown on screen

Checked in the Anjouan public register on 25 August 2026. Two separate licence records carry a Sezar domain, and they belong to two different companies. Which one covers the site you are on depends on the domain in your address bar — that is the whole point of this page.

Most licensing pages say that the operator is “licensed and regulated” and stop there. That sentence carries no information, because it can be written whether or not anything behind it is true. This page prints the numbers instead, so you can check them without taking anyone’s word.

Both entries are searchable by number in the regulator’s own register. Neither is hidden, and neither requires a login.

The discrepancy worth knowing about

The domain sezarcasino.com appears on the Raptor Entertainment record. Open that address today and you reach a WordPress site — built on a magazine theme, published as a “current entry address” page — which states licence number ALSI-202412046-FI2. That is the Nova Data number, from the record that lists casinosezar.com rather than sezarcasino.com.

We are not in a position to say why. A domain can change hands, a page can be published by someone other than the operator, and a licence number can simply be copied from somewhere else. What can be stated is the observation itself: the number displayed at that address does not match the record that lists that address. Anyone can verify both halves of that sentence in the register in under a minute.

The practical consequence: a licence number shown on a page is not proof that the page is covered by it. The check that means something runs the other way — look up the number in the register, then see whether the domain you are on is listed in that entry.

Where the casino actually runs

The playable site is currently served from a numbered mirror rather than from the plain brand domain: sezarbet.com redirects to a numbered sezarcasino address. Numbered mirrors are ordinary in this market, usually a response to access blocking, and they are not by themselves a warning sign.

They do matter for one reason. A licence covers the domains written into its record. If you ever need to raise a complaint, the address you were playing on is the first thing you will be asked for, and a mirror that is not on the record makes that conversation harder. Note the address you used, with the number, at the time you use it.

Forty-three brands on one record

The Raptor Entertainment entry lists forty-three domains, among them in7.com, diesbet.com, betlouis.com, aresbet.com, mardanbet.com, betroy.com, gundibet.com, megapolbet.com and simsekbet.com. One licensed company running a large portfolio is a normal structure in this industry.

For a player it means the brand name is a front end. The counterparty, the licence and the complaints route are shared across all of those sites, so a dispute is with the company, not with the logo. It also means the health of one brand says little about another: of the brands on this record we have checked, two no longer resolve at all and one serves a maintenance placeholder — while the licence stayed valid throughout.

What the licence obliges the operator to do

  • Independent dispute resolution. Access to an ADR service once the operator’s own complaints process is exhausted. This is the condition that matters when a withdrawal stalls, and it is reached by quoting the licence number.
  • Anti-money-laundering compliance, which is why identity verification is triggered by withdrawals rather than deposits, and why paying in crypto does not avoid it.
  • Working responsible-gambling tools, including self-exclusion and deposit limits — a requirement, not a courtesy.
  • Certified random number generators across all gaming products.

Where the licence does not apply

The Anjouan licence excludes a list of territories published on the regulator’s seal validation page: Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, together with FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions.

The wording matters more than the list. The regulator states that participation from those territories is prohibited, that access from them is at the player’s own risk, and that a dispute raised by a player located there falls outside the regulatory scope of the licence entirely. Türkiye, the main audience for this brand, is not on the list.

Running the check yourself

  1. Find a licence number on the site — a real number, not the words “licensed and regulated”.
  2. Search that number in the regulator’s public register, on the authority’s own domain.
  3. Read the company name, the status and the expiry date.
  4. Then look at the domain list in that entry and find the address you are actually on. This is the step almost everyone skips, and it is the one that catches mismatches like the one described above.
  5. Match three names: the licensed company, the company named in the terms, and the domain in your address bar.

Frequently asked questions

Is Sezarcasino licensed?

A Sezar domain appears in two separate Anjouan register records, both currently valid: sezarcasino.com under Raptor Entertainment Ltd (ALSI-202504009-FI1) and casinosezar.com under Nova Data Solutions Limitada (ALSI-202412046-FI2). Which record applies depends on the exact domain you are using.

Why do two different companies hold a Sezar domain?

The register does not explain relationships between entries, and we will not guess. What is verifiable is that both records exist, both are valid, and they list different domains under different company names.

The page at sezarcasino.com shows a licence number — is that the right one?

It shows ALSI-202412046-FI2, which is the Nova Data record. That record lists casinosezar.com, not sezarcasino.com. The domain sezarcasino.com is listed on the Raptor record instead.

Does a valid licence mean my money is safe?

It means there is an identified company, a public register entry and an obligation to provide access to an independent dispute service. It does not guarantee that a particular site keeps operating — other brands on the same record have gone offline while the licence remained valid.

Which countries are excluded?

Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the USA, plus FATF-blacklisted and sanctioned jurisdictions. Complaints from players located there fall outside the licence. Türkiye is not on the list.

What should I record before I need it?

The exact domain you played on, the licence number shown there, your account identifier and the dates of your last transactions. Those four items are what every escalation route asks for first.
